1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how ChangeSales Oy ("Perelo," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects the information of our users ("you") when you use the Perelo mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently.
2. What Information We Collect
Family and Shared Data: Information you and your family members add to the App, including: your family's name; calendar events, descriptions, dates, and assigned members; shopping list items and notes; kid's names and sizes; other important notes and information you choose to share. What we DON'T do is share or sell or in any way distribute your data. Your data is always safe.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to provide and improve the Perelo App and its services: to create and manage your user account and family groups; to display shared calendars, shopping lists, and other information to your family members; to facilitate communication and coordination within your family; for account management and billing; to communicate with you regarding your account, support, and app updates. Usage Data: We may collect non-personal information about how you interact with the App (e.g., features used, duration of use) to improve functionality and fix bugs.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
With Third-Party Service Providers: We use third-party services to operate the App: SendGrid (or similar) for sending emails (e.g., invitation links, password resets); Stripe for processing payments and managing subscriptions.
5. Children's Privacy
Perelo is designed for adults. All accounts must be registered and managed by an adult who is the Family Admin. The Family Admin is responsible for inviting and supervising all family members who use the App, including minors. You, as the Family Admin, are responsible for obtaining any necessary parental consent for the data of any minor you invite to the App.
6. Your Data Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data. You can manage most of this information directly within your account settings. When deleting your account from account settings, all your data will be forever deleted from our databases, with no option to restore.
7. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for protecting your password.
8. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Policy in the App.
