Terms & Conditions for Perelo App

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Perelo! Perelo is a mobile application provided by ChangeSales Oy ("Perelo," "we," "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Perelo App and its services. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the App.

2. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

Perelo is for adults (18 years or older) responsible for households. Minors may use the App only under adult supervision. All accounts must be registered and managed by an adult (18+). You are responsible for all users in your family group, including minors.

4. Account Registration & Security

You must register for an account and provide accurate information. Keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

5. Subscription & Billing

Free Freemium Plan: Perelo offers a free-forever freemium plan with very limited core functionality. Paid Subscription: To unlock all features (e.g., inviting more than 2 members), you must purchase a paid subscription. Subscriptions are recurring (e.g., monthly/annually) and auto-renew. You agree to pay all fees. Cancellation: Cancel anytime via your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

5.4 Refunds: Right of Cancellation for EU Consumers

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days from the date of purchase without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., an email to [Your Support Email Address]). Loss of Right to Cancel: You lose your right to cancel if you consent to the immediate performance of the subscription service and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the service has been fully performed. For example, if you immediately access the full features of the app and use the service, you may lose your right to cancel. If you cancel a purchase within the 14-day period, we will refund all payments received from you. The refund will be made without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel.

6. Family & Group Management

The paying user is the Family Admin, responsible for inviting and managing members in their family group(s). A user can be an Admin of one family and a Member of others. An administrator may appoint another member to be an administrator. Permissions are based on your role within each specific family group.

7. Account and Data Management Upon Subscription Cancellation

When you cancel a subscription, the following automated process occurs to manage associated data and user accounts: Family Data Cleanup: All family member profiles and family memberships associated with the cancelled subscription will be permanently deleted. Family Record Removal: The family record itself will be deleted from our system. User Account Updates: Your user account will be updated to remove associations with the cancelled family while preserving any connections to other active families you may belong to. Conditional Account Deletion: If you have no remaining family associations after the cancellation, your user account may be automatically deleted. However, if you maintain active memberships with other families, your account will remain active. This process ensures data integrity while protecting your access to other active subscriptions and family memberships you may have.

8. User Conduct & Responsibilities

You agree to use the App lawfully and responsibly. You are strictly prohibited from sharing sensitive personal data (e.g., financial details, confidential passwords, medical records beyond basic information allowed by features) within the app. You must not post unlawful/harmful content, infringe rights, spread malware, or harass others. You are responsible for your content and its compliance.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, detailing how we collect, use, and protect your data. Review it at /privacy.

10. Intellectual Property

All App content and functionality are the exclusive property of Perelo and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

11. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES. PERELO DOES NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE SERVICE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PERELO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FROM APP USE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Perelo from claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use or breach of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate your account and access to the App immediately for any reason, including breach of Terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by laws of Finland. Disputes will be resolved in courts of Helsinki, Finland.
